         Pursuant to a notice posted on May 9, 2001, the House Committee  
         on Human Services met in a formal meeting and was called to  
         order by the chair, Representative Naishtat, at 9:41 a.m.

         Representative Ehrhardt moved that SB 367, without amendments,  
         be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation  
         that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the
