         Pursuant to a notice posted on February 27, 2002, the House  
         Committee on Human Services met in a public hearing and was  
         called to order by the chair, Representative Naishtat, at 10:20  
         a.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

                   (3).

         A quorum was not present.
