         Pursuant to a notice posted on March 29, 2001, the House  
         Committee on Land & Resource Management, Subcommittee on Airport  
         Zoning, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the  
         chair, Representative Truitt, at 1:32 p.m. 
          
         Present:  Representatives Truitt; Turner, Bob (2). 
          
         Absent:   Representative Howard (1). 
          
         A quorum was present.

         The chair laid out HB 9, HB 2050, HB 2052. 
          
         The chair recognized Representative Truitt to explain the  
         measures.

         Testimony was taken on HB 9, HB 2050 and HB 2052.  (See attached  
         witness list.)

         The chair recognized Representative Truitt to close on the  
         measures.  
          
         HB 9, HB 2050 and HB 2052 were left pending without objection.  
          
         At 3:08 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
