         On April 9, 2001, the Subcommittee on Airport Zoning authorized  
         the correction of minutes for the meeting of the Subcommittee on  
         Airport Zoning held on April 4, 2001.  The following are the  
         corrected minutes for that meeting: 
          
         Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 4,  
         2001, the House Committee on Land & Resource Management,  
         Subcommittee on Airport Zoning, met in a formal meeting and was  
         called to order by the chair, Representative Truitt, at 2:45  
         p.m. 
          
         Present:  Representatives Truitt; Howard; Turner, Bob (3). 
          
         Absent:   None (0). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         HB 9 
          
         The chair laid out HB 9 as pending business.  
          
         Representative Turner, Bob moved that HB 9, without amendments,  
         be reported favorably to the full committee with the  
         recommendation that it do pass and be printed.   The motion  
         prevailed by the following record vote:
