         Representative Gutierrez moved that the floor amendment to SB  
         1125 offered by Representative Hartnett, Will be approved to be  
         offered during consideration of the Local, Consent, and  
         Resolutions Calendar for Thursday, May 17, 2001.  The motion  
         prevailed without objection. 
          
         Representative Gutierrez moved that the floor amendment to SB  
         1394 offered by Representative McClendon be approved to be  
         offered during consideration of the Local, Consent, and  
         Resolutions Calendar for Thursday, May 17, 2001.  The motion  
         prevailed without objection. 
          
         Representative Gutierrez moved that SB 1125 & SB 1394, as  
  
         amended, be added to the Local, Consent and Resolutions Calendar  
         for Thursday, May 17, 2001. 
          
         The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
