         Committee on Natural Resources met in a public hearing and was  
         called to order by the chair, Representative Counts, at 2:08  
         p.m.

         Water Utility Rates 
          
         The committee considered testimony related to the water utility  
         rate setting process at the Texas Natural Resource Conservation  
         Commission (TNRCC).
