         Pursuant to a notice posted on July 1, 2002, the House Committee  
         on Pensions & Investments met in a joint public hearing with the  
         House Committee on Appropriations, Subcommittee on Interim  
         Charge #5: Return To Work, and was called to order by the chair,  
         Representative Tillery, at 9:15 a.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

                   Williams (4). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Woolley; George; Rangel; Salinas;  
                   Telford (5). 
          
         The following members were present from the House Committee on  
         Appropriations, Subcommittee on Interim Charge #5, Return To  
         Work: 
         Representatives Pitts; King, Tracy; Maxey; Smith

         At 11:05 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
