CORRECTED MINUTES
On April 25, 2001, the House Committee on Public Health
authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the
House Committee on Public Health held on April 11, 2001. The
following are the corrected minutes for that meeting: The
witness list was corrected by removing Dr. Robert Hoffman from
the list of registering, but not testifying against HB 1702 and
adding him to the registering, but not testifying against HCR
125. The witness affirmation form for DeAnn Friedholm was
submitted, but not signed by the Chair.
Pursuant to a notice posted on April 6, 2001, the House
Committee on Public Health met in a public hearing and was
called to order by the chair, Representative Gray, at 8:58 a.m.
