Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 30,
2001, the House Committee on State Recreational Resources met in
a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair,
Representative Kuempel, at 6:49 p.m.

The chair laid out HB 1915 as pending business.
Representative Homer offered a complete committee substitute.
The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
Representative Homer moved that HB 1915, as substituted, be
reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation
that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the
following record vote:
