         Pursuant to a notice posted on May 9, 2001, the House Committee  
         on State Recreational Resources met in a formal meeting and was  
         called to order by the chair, Representative Kuempel, at 9:35  
         a.m.

         The chair laid out HCR 262. 
          
         Representative Alexander moved that HCR 262, without amendments,  
         be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation  
         that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on  
         Local and Consent Calendars. The motion prevailed by the  
         following record vote:

                             Crownover, Myra; Ellis, Dan; Jones,

         The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

         Representative Alexander moved that SB 1573, as substituted, be  
         reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation
