SB 971 The chair laid out SB 971 as pending business. Representative Brimer offered a complete committee substitute. The chair recognized Representative Gallego to explain the measure. The committee substitute was adopted without objection. Representative Longoria moved that SB 971, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.
