         Pursuant to a notice posted on April 2, 2002, the House  
         Committee on State Bond Revenues, Select met in a public hearing  
         and was called to order by the chair, Representative Pitts, at  
         9:04 a.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows: 
          
         Present:  Representatives Pitts; Cook; Hunter; King, Tracy;  
                   Kuempel; Puente; Walker (7). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Counts; Davis, Yvonne; Flores;  
                   Haggerty (4). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         Chairman Pitts welcomed the members of the committee and  
         audience and explained the charges of the committee. 
          
         Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.) 
          
         (Representative Counts now present.) 
          
         (Representative Davis, Yvonne now present.) 
          
         (Representative Flores now present.) 
          
         Chairman Pitts provided a closing statement and discussed future  
         meetings of the committee. 
          
         At 12:05 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
