         Pursuant to a notice posted on July 1, 2002, the House Committee  
         on State Bond Revenues, Select met in a public hearing and was  
         called to order by the chair, Representative Pitts, at 1:40 p.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows: 
          
         Present:  Representatives Pitts; Cook; Haggerty; King, Tracy;  
                   Walker (5). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Counts; Davis, Yvonne; Flores; Hunter;  
                   Kuempel; Puente (6). 
          
         (Representative Puente now present.) 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         (Representative Davis, Yvonne now present.) 
          
         Chairman Pitts welcomed the members of the committee and  
         audience and explained the agenda for the hearing. 
          
         Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.) 
          
         Chairman Pitts provided a closing statement and discussed future  
         activities of the committee. 
          
         At 2:42 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
