Senator Wentworth, the Senate sponsor of House Bill 150, explained the bill. Senator Jackson asked if anyone present would like to testify for or against the bill. No one wished to testify. Public testimony was closed. Senator Wentworth moved House Bill 150 be passed, printed, and reported favorably to the Senate. The motion carried with a record vote of 8 ayes, 0 nay, 0 present not voting, and 0 absent.
