            Pursuant to a notice posted in accordance with Senate Rule 11.18, a public hearing of the Joint  
            Interim Committee on Private Activity Bonds was held on Tuesday, January 15, 2002, in the  
            Capitol Extension E2.010

            The chair called the meeting to order at 11:07 a.m.  There being a quorum present, the following  
            business was transacted:  
             
            The chair attended to organizational matters of the Committee.  The goals of the study were  
            discussed.  Future meeting dates were considered and will be finalized at a later date. 
             
            The Committee heard testimony on the Private Activity Bond Program.  A list of the witnesses is  
            attached. 
             
            There being no further business, at 12:20 p.m. Representative Averitt moved that the Committee be  
            adjourned. Without objection, it was so ordered.
