         Pursuant to a notice posted in accordance with Senate Rule  
         11.18, a public hearing of the Joint Interim Committee on  
         Private Activity Bonds was held on Tuesday, March 26, 2002, in  
         the Capitol Extension, E2.010

         Senator Jon Lindsay, the chair, called the meeting to order at  
         10:09 a.m.  There being a quorum present, the following business  
         was transacted:   
          
         The Committee heard testimony on the Private Activity Bond  
         Program.  A list of the witnesses is attached. 
          
         There being no further business, at 1:41 p.m. Senator Lindsay  
         moved that the Committee be adjourned. Without objection, it was  
         so ordered.
