         Pursuant to a notice posted on November 2, 2001, the Joint  
         Select Committee on Public School Finance, Sadler Subcommittee,  
         met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair,  
         Representative Sadler, at 11:00 a.m. 
          
         Present:  Representative Sadler; Representative Oliveira;  
                   Representative Smith; Olson, Lyndon; Stiles, Mark;  
                   Thompson, David (6). 
          
         Absent:   Senator Shapiro; Senator Van de Putte; Senator West,  
                   Royce (3). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.) 
          
         At 3:25 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
