         Select Committee on Public School Finance, Sadler Subcommittee,  
         met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair,  
         Representative Sadler, at 10:30 a.m. 
          
         Present:  Representatives Sadler; Smith; Thompson, David; Van de  
                   Putte (4). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Oliveira; Olson, Lyndon; Shapiro;  
                   Stiles, Mark; West, Royce (5). 
          
         A quorum was not present. 
          
         Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.) 
          
         At 4:57 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
