The House Select Committee on Constitutional Revision will meet and discuss
interim charge 1:
Evaluate the public perception of the need for comprehensive revision of
the Texas Constitution. Additionally, identify specific changes the public
would support in Article 4 (Executive Department) and Article 7 (Education)
of the Constitution.

The committee will focus on the portions of Article 7 (the Public Free
Schools) that pertain to Higher Education.
