and the Texas workforce development board system.

compensation benefits after the birth or adoption of a child.

employer-imposed language requirements.

Relating to establishing a center for border economic and
enterprise development at The University of Texas at Brownsville.

Relating to incentive programs and employment services to benefit
certain recipients of financial assistance.

Relating to the wages paid to certain employees.

Relating to the right of an employee to time off from work to
