Relating to certain matters regarding oil and gas regulation,
including fees, plugging of wells, required financial security, and
offenses.

HB 2839            Dukes
Relating to energy efficiency programs developed by the energy
office.

HB 2872            Uher
Relating to the emergency cleanup of oil and gas wastes or other
substances or materials by the Railroad Commission of Texas.
