federal lands.

Relating to the continuation of and to the grant-making authority
of the On-site Wastewater Treatment Research Council.

HB 631            Turner, Sylvester
Relating to increasing fines for illegal dumping.

HB 1027            Cook
Relating to the cleanup of contaminated property.

HB 1099            Chisum
Relating to regulation of radioactive materials and other sources
of radiation.

HB 1476            Chisum
Relating to the creation of an information link for state agencies
with jurisdiction over environmental and natural resources
matters.
