The Committee will meet to consider the two Interim Charges following:

Examine the progress of programs related to vehicle inspection and
maintenance and low-income repair assistance.

Actively monitor agencies and programs under the committee's oversight
jurisdiction, including specifically, implementation of H.B. 2912, the
Resource Conservation Commission Sunset Legislation, and S.B. 5,
77th Legislature, to ensure compliance with federal Clean Air Act
standards and deadlines.


Public testimony will be accepted.  Persons bringing handouts for the
Committee are asked to provide 15 copies to the clerk when called to
testify.
