Batiste, the Executive Director of the Texas Commission on the Arts.

document the Texas Underground Railroad and directing the Texas
Historical Commission and the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department
to support continued research on the Underground Railroad.

Memorializing Congress to relocate the U.S. Border Patrol training
academy to the southwest Texas border region.

Relating to certain studies of the Texas Strategic Military
Planning Commission.

military installations.
