The Committee on Natural Resources will meet in a public hearing for an
organizational meeting.  The committee will also consider oversight matters
relating to the water utility rate setting process at the Texas Natural
Resource Conservation Commission (TNRCC).  These matters will include the
TNRCC's jurisdiction over the rates, service areas, and customer service
policies of water utility service providers.
