The Select Committee on State Bond Revenues shall obtain and review
all information related to the issuance of bonds, and to the disposition of
proceeds from bonds issued pursuant to amendments to the Texas
Constitution approved by voters in November, 2001.  The Committee will
hear invited testimony and will also be open for public testimony.
