The subcommittee will meet to discuss the following interim charge, and
hear invited testimony only.

Assess the prevalence of prevailing wage rate differences in state
procurement contracts.  The Committee should determine if identified
variances justify the use of additional methodologies to determine
prevailing wage rates.
