The Subcommittee of the Joint Select Committee on Public School Finance
chaired by Senator Bivins will meet in El Paso, Texas on November 14th
at 9:00 a.m. at the University of Texas at El Paso.  The Subcommittee
will be taking public testimony on specific concerns and proposed solutions
related to the current school finance system.

The hearing will be held in the El Paso Natural Gas Conference Center,
located at 5278 Wiggins.
