Amend CSHB 7 as follows:                                                     
	(1)  Strike SECTION 10.09 of the bill and renumber the 
subsequent SECTIONS of the bill appropriately (committee printing 
page 11, line 28 through page 12, line 10).
	(2)  Strike SECTION 10.19 of the bill and renumber the 
subsequent SECTIONS of the bill appropriately (committee printing 
page 13, lines 29-33).
	(3)  Strike SECTION 10.22 of the bill and renumber the 
subsequent SECTIONS of the bill appropriately (committee printing 
page 13, line 57 through page 14, line 9).
