Amend Senate Committee Report for HB 9 by inserting the following on page 1, line 21, between the words "Regulation" and "for": "and the full-time equivalent position limitation established for that agency in House Bill No. 1, Acts of the 78th Legislature, Regular Session, 2003, is hereby increased by 32"
