System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	
Amend HB 12 by adding the following section and renumbering 
subsequent articles of the bill accordingly:
	SECTION __. __.  (a)  It is the intent of the Legislature 
that:              
(1)  funding levels for programs primarily related to 
veteran's activities which are funded with Wagner-Peyser grants be 
continued at levels in place prior to July, 2003; and
(2)  the funding described above shall be contingent 
upon potential grantees creation of sufficient reporting; and
(3)  upon the potential grantees meeting the criteria 
prescribed to be eligible for funding.
