Amend HB 12 by adding the following appropriately numbered 
SECTIONS and renumbering the SECTIONS of the bill as appropriate:
	SECTION ____.  Sam Houston State University.  From fees 
collected and deposited to General Revenue Dedicated Account 5083, 
the Correctional Management Institute is an estimated 
appropriation and expenditures are limited to the revenues 
collected and deposited in the fiscal year.  The Correctional 
Management Institute is hereby appropriated a sum not to exceed 
$700,000 in Fiscal Year 2004 in addition to funds appropriated in 
House Bill 1, General Appropriations Act, 78th Legislative 
Session.
