On page 1, line 35 of HB 24 (Senate committee version) add the 
following new Subsection (c).
	(c)  None of the funds appropriated herein above may be 
expended by the Department of Licensing and Regulation, the 
Commission of Licensing and Regulation, or the Electrical Safety 
and Licensing Advisory Board as created under Chapter 1305, 
Occupations Code, as added by House Bill No. 1487, Acts of the 78th 
Legislature, Regular Session, 2003, or under Section 3, House Bill 
No. 1487, Acts of the 78th Legislature, Regular Session, 2003 on 
licensing, enforcement, or administration of any regulations 
developed under Chapter 1305 pertaining to the installation, 
maintenance, alteration, or repair of electrical equipment or 
associated wiring performed on buildings, devices, pumps, 
structures, or premises used solely for agriculture production, 
water production and delivery used in agriculture, or wildlife 
management.
