Amend HB 82 by striking page 11, line 25, through page 12, line 1, and substituting the following: (1) a current lessee of the facilities; or (2) a political subdivision of the state, including Travis County or the City of Austin. (d) In this section, "political subdivision" means a municipality, county, or special district.
