Amend Floor Amendment No. 1 to CSSB 22, in the SECTION of the 
bill that adds Section 327.008, Government Code, in the definition 
of "legislative information," by inserting the following new 
paragraph and relettering the other paragraphs accordingly:
			"(E)  the record of how a member of either house 
voted in committee or before the full house on a bill, resolution, 
procedural matter, or other measure;".
