R E S O L U T I O N
	BE IT RESOLVED by the House of Representatives of the 78th 
Texas Legislature, That Rule 4, Section 20, of the Rules of the 
House of Representatives of the 78th Texas Legislature is amended 
by adding Subsection (e) to read as follows:
	(e)  A committee may not require or request a witness to 
provide the witness's social security number.
