H.R. No. 155



R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, Wild Bill's BBQ and Steaks in La Feria has been 
selected by Texas Monthly magazine as one of the Lone Star State's 
premier barbeque eateries, a prestigious honor that is most 
deserved; and
	WHEREAS, Owned and operated by Bill Gray, Wild Bill's has 
been serving mouth-watering barbeque and steaks for just three 
years, making this recent recognition particularly remarkable 
given the state's venerable barbeque tradition; and
	WHEREAS, With his trademark cowboy attire and handlebar 
mustache, Mr. Gray evokes a bygone era as he personally delivers 
certified Angus brisket to his devoted customers amid the 
restaurant's laid-back country and western atmosphere; and
	WHEREAS, Bill Gray understands that crafting real Texas 
barbeque is as much an art as it is a science, and he has 
successfully achieved the delicate balance necessary for 
perfecting this culinary treat; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 78th Texas 
Legislature, 1st Called Session, hereby congratulate Bill Gray on 
the selection of Wild Bill's BBQ and Steaks as one of the best 
barbeque joints in Texas; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for Mr. Gray and the staff of Wild Bill's BBQ and Steaks as 
an expression of high regard by the Texas House of Representatives.
