R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, The family and friends of Randall "Randy" Lee 
Neumeyer of Houston were deeply saddened by the untimely passing of 
this esteemed gentleman on June 21, 2003; and
	WHEREAS, Mr. Neumeyer was born on September 9, 1958, and he 
attended Waltrip Senior High School; he graduated magna cum laude 
from Sam Houston State University, earning a bachelor of science 
degree as well as a place in Who's Who Among Students in American 
Universities and Colleges; and
	WHEREAS, Profoundly missed by his family and friends, Mr. 
Neumeyer will long be remembered in the hearts of those who were 
fortunate enough to have known him; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 78th Texas 
Legislature, 1st Called Session, hereby pay special tribute to the 
life of Randy Neumeyer and extend sincere condolences to the 
members of his family:  to his mother, Florence Neumeyer; to his 
aunts and uncles, Ann and Frank Hebner, Mildred Tillery, Linda and 
Sonny Morrison, Marion and Robert VanNess, Grace and Perry 
Johnston, Sandy Jackson, and Tom and Marie Jackson; and to his other 
relatives and many friends; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of 
Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Randy 
Neumeyer.
