Fiscal Analysis

The bill would appropriate $2 million to the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center for fiscal 2004 for the purpose of initiating the actions and processes necessary to attain accreditation of a four-year medical school in El Paso.

Methodology

$2 million in General Revenue would be appropriated to Texas Tech Health Sciences Center in fiscal 2004.
