Amend HB 25 by striking Section 3.02 of the bill and 
substituting a new Section 3.02 to read as follows:
	SECTION 3.02.  An amount of funds estimated to be 
$231,700,000 deposited to the credit of the general revenue fund in 
state fiscal year 2005 under Subsection (c), Section 20.02, HB 
3588, Acts of the 78th Legislature, Regular Session, 2003, as 
amended by this Act, is appropriated out of the general revenue fund 
for the state fiscal biennium beginning September 1, 2003, to 
extend the tax exemption provided by Section 151.326, Tax Code, by 
additional weekend beginning in August, 2004.
