System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	
Amend Floor Amendment No. 12 to CSHB 7 as follows:                           
	(1)  Strike Section 31.046, Subsection (a) and substitute 
the following:     
	"(a)  A person appointed as the commissioner must complete 
the training program established under this section no later than 
90 days from the date he or she takes office."
	(2)  In Section 31.046, Subsection (b)(4), strike "related" 
and substitute "relate".
