Amend CSHB 7 in ARTICLE 9 of the bill by adding the following 
appropriately numbered section and renumbering the subsequent 
sections of the bill accordingly:
	SECTION 9.__.  Rules adopted by the Texas Commission on 
Environmental Quality under Section 26.040, Water Code, before the 
effective date of this Act are validated as of the dates they were 
adopted and remain valid until they are modified or repealed by the 
commission.
