Amend CSHB 7 by adding the following appropriately numbered 
article and renumbering the subsequent articles appropriately:

ARTICLE ____.  WATER DISTRICT BOUNDARIES
	SECTION __.01.  (a)  Section 20, Chapter 200, Acts of the 
78th Legislature, Regular Session, 2003, is repealed.
	(b)  The boundaries of the Hudspeth County Underground Water 
Conservation District No. 1 are the boundaries as they existed on 
August 31, 2003.
	SECTION __.02.  This article takes effect immediately if 
this Act receives a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to 
each house, as provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas 
Constitution.  If this Act does not receive the vote necessary for 
immediate effect, this article takes effect on the 91st day after 
the last day of the legislative session.
