Amend Floor Amendment No. 52 to CSHB 7, by striking proposed 
subsections (c), (d) and (e), substituting the following, and 
relettering subsequent subsections accordingly:
	(c)  Tuition charged under this section may not increase by 
more than 25 percent from one academic year to the next.
