	Sec. 25.0020.  REORGANIZATION OF GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES WITH 
JURISDICTION OVER CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS IN CERTAIN COUNTIES.  
(a)  This section applies only to a county with a population of 
three million or more.
