Amend CSHB 7 as follows:                                                     
	(1)  Add the following SECTION to the bill and renumber 
subsequent SECTIONS accordingly:
	SECTION ____.  Section 489.213(f), Government Code, as added 
by S.B. 275 of the 78th Regular Session, is repealed.
