Amend 2nd Reading Floor Amendment No. 29 as amended to CSHB 7
as follows:   
	In proposed Section 321.0138(c), Government Code, between 
"information" and "relating", insert "designated by the state 
auditor after consultation with the comptroller" (page 2, line 7).
