Amend HB 28 (House Committee Printing) as follows:                           
	(1) On page 2, line 27, strike "Subsections (c) and (d)" and 
substitute "Subsection (c)".
	(2) On page 3, strike lines 12-22.                                             
	(3) On page 3, line 23, strike "(d)" and substitute "(c)".       
	(4) On page 4, strike lines 6-11, and renumber subsequent 
sections accordingly.
