Amend CSHB 28, by adding the following appropriately numbered 
SECTION to the bill and renumbering the remaining SECTIONS as 
appropriate:
	SECTION ____.  Notwithstanding House Bill No. 3318, Acts of 
the 78th Legislature, Regular Session, 2003, the permit fee revenue 
collected under and dedicated to the state highway fund by Senate 
Bill No. 20, Acts of the 78th Legislature, Regular Session, 2003, 
is rededicated to the state highway fund for the purposes 
prescribed by that Act.
