H.C.R. No. 27
HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, The recent passing of Henry F. Molina on September
21, 2003, at the age of 55, brought a great loss to the many people
who knew and admired him; and
WHEREAS, A lifelong Texan, Mr. Molina was born July 15, 1948;
he graduated from Karnes City High School and went on to attend San
Antonio College; and
WHEREAS, This notable gentleman served in the U.S. Army
Reserves and rendered many years of distinguished service to the
State of Texas as a procurement officer; and
WHEREAS, Henry Molina touched the lives of many people as a
devoted husband and loving father, a valued colleague, and a
charming and loyal friend, and his bright spirit will live on in the
hearts of all those who held him dear; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the 78th Legislature of the State of Texas,
3rd Called Session, hereby honor the life of Henry F. Molina and
extend sincere sympathy to the members of his family: to his wife,
Lydia Monzon Molina; to his mother, Dora Fernandez Molina; to his
son, Rob Martinez; to his sister, Darlene Adams; to his brothers,
Jerry and Gary Molina; and to the many other friends and relatives
of this beloved gentleman; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of
Representatives and Senate adjourn this day, they do so in memory of
Henry Molina.
